Contracting
Welcome!
We do our carrier contracting electronically through SureLC. If you already have an account with another FMO, through SureLC, you will still need to set up a new account with us. Each login is specific to the FMO/BGA. However, if you have an account with another FMO, it will pull those docs and info into your new Table Bay SureLC account you are setting up today. So you are not starting from scratch!
If you have any questions at all, or run into any snags, there are lots of articles and videos provided by SureLC to help you through (in a link down below). Also, the system is quite intuitive, so you can always just go for it, without needing to watch or read anything! Rest assured I am always available should you run into anything and need a little support.
CLICK THIS LINK to set up your account through Table Bay with SureLC. Under the login box, click on the ”Register New Account” box, that looks like the below:

Keep in mind, once in your account, if there is a scroll bar at the bottom of the page, please pull it to the right, to see all menu options at the top. Requesting Contracting will be the last option on the top right.

For your carrier releases, should you need them, please see forms below. Some are carrier specific. Use those for Allianz, American Equity, Athene or North American. If you are releasing from other carriers, you can use the last form below, and list them all there. These need to be signed by you, and your current FMO/BGA – then returned to me.
